We started Varden because the gap between what frontier technology can do, and how the systems millions of people depend on actually run, keeps widening. Public services. Healthcare. Access to justice. The tools to change that now exist. We apply them where they matter most.

We are an applied AI company working selectively with institutions running consequential systems at scale across government, the third sector, and corporate enterprise. They bring us the problem; we design, build, and deploy what's needed to solve it.
